I teach Vinyasa Yoga – a dynamic yoga style which combines breath and movement and can be very demanding for the body. I try to create a space in which every yoga practitioner can be free without judgement. I know how it is to be busy in everyday life. Especially in a stressful work life we tend to forget the most important thing in life – our self. I want to help you to create more mindfulness and self-love in your daily grid.
